About Kirkland Tire Pros & Auto Repair

Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a state disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement, but check the tread depth (4/32 inch or more) and the DOT date code, since rubber ages even on the shelf. Mobile tire services come to your driveway or the roadside, commercial shops handle semi, trailer, farm and off-road tires, and wheel shops repair and refinish bent or curb-scraped rims.

Kirkland is in Washington, in the Pacific Northwest, where winters are mild and wet, summers are dry and pleasant, and outdoor recreation drives a lot of local business; hours change little through the year. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Kirkland follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Can't leave zero stars review unfortunately. They wouldn't honor my warranty, telling me they changed to a new system, and my information of warranty work no longer was the new system? ?!?! Doesn't make sense. After trying to get clarity, the man started to shout at me.?.? Please don't spend your hard-earned money here. You have been warned.

I came in for a simple tire rotation and auto repair , but the service I received left me feeling unwelcome and treated like an outsider. The employeeβs attitude toward me felt dismissive and noticeably different from how other customers were treated. The young dude was utterly racist. It was an uncomfortable experience that made me question whether bias played a role. Regardless of the reason, every customer deserves to be treated with respect and professionalism. I wonβt be returning and hope the business works to improve how it treats all customers.

Iβve been there twice, both times for a simple tire patch - Both times tried a bait and switch. They advertise cheap tire patches for nails, but when you come in they say you need new tires, and wonβt offer the service. Total bullshit, donβt go here - literally go anywhere else. All times the other shop I asked happily plugged. Iβm good to go now, but no thanks to these swindlers.

I came here after hitting a curb β my steering wheel was off-center and I needed an alignment. They performed the alignment and charged me for it, but the steering wheel was still crooked afterward. I then took my car to the Mercedes dealership for an inspection. Their master technician told me directly: the shop should never have performed the alignment in the first place. There was visible damage to the tie rod, steering rack, and wheel bearing β damage that any competent technician would have seen the moment the car was put on an alignment rack. Here's the thing: an alignment cannot hold or function correctly when the underlying components are damaged. With a bent tie rod, a compromised steering rack, and a bad wheel bearing, the alignment settings will be inaccurate from the start β or revert immediately once you drive. This shop either didn't know that, or knew it and did the alignment anyway to collect payment. Neither is acceptable. Instead of being honest about the damage and referring me to a proper repair facility, they charged me for a service that was completely ineffective and a total waste of money. If your car has been in any kind of impact, do not bring it here.

Came here multiple times for wheel balancing and had a very frustrating experience. Iβve been to this shop about 5β6 times over the past six months. Every time there was some issue β either the balancing machine βwasnβt working,β no technician available, or I was told to come back another day. The last time they balanced my wheel, the vibration actually got worse than before. The car now shakes at low speeds and becomes even worse around 60 mph. When I returned to explain the problem, I didnβt get a clear solution β just more delays. I donβt mind waiting or paying, but I expect the job to be done correctly and consistently. Right now it feels unreliable and unprofessional. Would not recommend if you need proper wheel balancing or dependable service.
